Major Job Responsibilities:
1.Lead & drive PC&L Team(team training, team KPI setup, controlling )
2.Team Performance Parameters setup and controlling
3.Smooth Information Flow with related dept. such as plant, customer and supplier and ect.
4.Establish Business Systems and Processes for plant PC& L function
5.Ensure material flow according logistic method.
6.Critical planning issue solving
7.Ensure SAP management monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Experience in planning and inventory management
2.Working Experience of 6 years in supply chain. (2years in international position)
3.Experience in ERP preferred SAP
4.Excellence presentation skill.
5.English Language Skills
6.Good team player.
7.To be ready for PCL Mgr position in 6 months.( Excellent Personality )
