(工作地点:沪青平公路近航华展厅) Responsibilities: -To assist&complete administrative works/matters for GM and staff under F&I Division. -To assist in organizing events and following up job issues for GM. -To assist in tracking of results, analysis and reporting for jobs implemented under the F&I division. Qualification and Experience: -University graduate(degree,not diploma),any field, preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Finance&Accounting, or Banking and Insurance. -Fresh graduate or with 1 or 2 years of working experience. -English speaking, writing, reading. Other Requirements: -Require some traveling(maybe 1 to 2 times in a month) -Good letter writing and communication skills -Good pc,ppt and excel skills -Outgoing,pleasant and good team player -Excellent organization and administrative skills(paperwork filing, job/issues follow up,events management) -Good analytical skills(data analysis,problem analysis and hence proposing possible solutions) -Independent and innovative with good initiatives (not waiting to be instructed)
