2.Major tasks & responsibilities/主要职责：
a. Routinely supervision for production process,operator performance and equipment efficiency.负责车间日常生产流程,工人及设备效率的监控.
b. Resposible for production planing and implementation to achieve delievery target. 负责生产计划的制定及实施以确保生产任务可靠高效地完成.

3.Content and scope of job 工作内容:
a. Technical problem analysis, solving and report generation. 技术问题的分析和解决, 报告的制定.
b. Manufacturing process implementation and audit.生产流程的实施及监控.
c. production capacity and technical capability analysis.生产和技术能力的分析.
d. Equipment adjustment, programm and ficture change for different products.设备的调试及维护,不同产品间程序及模具的转换.
e. spareparts,fixture management, in coordination with industry engineer.与工程部共同做好备件和模具管理.
f. On-the-job training for new staff. 为新员工提供岗位培训


4.Required skills, competencies and experience:岗位要求：技能，能力，经验
a.necessary education:必须的教育
1. Junior college level or above大专以上
2. Mechanical & electric background机电相关专业


b.Practical years of experience after above mentioned education:工作年限
1 year at least一年以上

c.Required special skills:要求技能
1.Good analytical skills, skillful in trouble shooting, and able to work independently.良好的分析技巧，有能力独立工作和解决现场问题
2. Some English or German skills. 要求具备英语或德语技能
