Responsibility:
1.Design and develop the insertion tool of quick connectors; bending plates of the Nylon tube; heating shrink tube fixtures; end forming tools; etc.
2.Define the manufacturing process of the new project; considering the product characteristics; workshop layout; material flow to achievement the good quality as well as maximum efficiency.
3.Prepare the working instructions for all the production process.
4.Prepare the flow chart; PFMEA and other production documents.
5.Prepare the tools and equipment preventive maintenance plan and train the technician and operator to implement.
6.Prepare the spare part list for all the tools and equipment and get them.
7.Develop and evaluate new tools and equipment suppliers, compare the prices; quality and service of them to make sure all the tools and equipments have several reliable suppliers.
Requirement:
1.Technological academy or above degree is needed, Bachelor degree is preferred. Major in mechanical or related area
2.At least 4 years of the manufacturing and engineering experience.
3 Have experience in automotive industry is preferred. Be good at written English is a must; fluent in oral English is a plus.
4.Be familiar with the Microsoft office software.
5.Have the design capabilities; AutoCAD is a must; I-DEAS is preferred.
