Key Responsibility:

1.Work closely with Plant Manager to map out the PM plan,manpower plan and team development strategy plan.

2.Equipment daily maintenance and trouble shooting to meet the business plan

3.Envole and follow the equipment lean six sigma project

4.Continuous improvement.

5.Spare parts cost control.



Requirements:

1.B.S. degree in mechanical or relative.

2.At least 6 years maintenance experience including 3 years management experience in a multinational company.

3.Strong leadership and communication skills.

4.Cooperative.

5.Excellent English skills.
