Understand, apply and follow the SHE procedures during all activities. Participate in SHE activities and matters organized by different levels energetically including safety meetings, JSAs, housekeeping activities, near miss reporting, and other safety activities as assigned.

Follow the procedures in daily operation and document and record all information required by the batch sheet and other technical documents correctly, accurately and timely. Give suggestion or feed back for the relevant projects of improvement. Discuss within the team opportunities for improvements in operational performance timely and give any feed back on time. Implement the action plans generated from the production metrics and safety meetings on time.

Strictly follow the relevant disciplines and requirements of cooperation between departments within the plant to avoid any unplanned human related production interruption or downtime.
